The Kent School District subscribes to online resources for student and teacher use. Below are descriptions and links.

Atomic LearningAtomic Learning – Provides web-based software training for more than 110 applications students and educators use every day.  Atomic Learning provides thousands of short, easy-to-understand tutorial movies that can be used as an anytime/anywhere software training resource. Discovery Education streaming – Delivers over 7,700 full-length videos segmented into 77,000 content-specific clips for streaming and downloading. Local content, such as Kent's VisFest, Culminating Projects, and History Day videos are available. Users can search to locate grade and subject-specific content to view on their computers. KSD's Virtual Library – Kent School District's portal page which allows students and parents to access a variety of online research resources quickly and easily. No user name or password needed. Recommended for all students.

KSD Reference Resources – Educator-selected Web sites which align to the Kent School District curriculum and are divided by primary and secondary grade levels. No user name or password needed. Recommended for all students.

eLibrary Students find the answers they need from more than 2,500 full-text magazines, newspapers, books, and transcripts--plus thousands of maps, pictures, educator-approved websites from Homework Central®, and top-quality multimedia (audio/video) files. Results, including graphics, are copyright-free or copyright-released so they can be used (with citations) in projects.  Access from school: Click on logo above. Visit ProQuest by clicking this linkProQuest – Provides access to thousands of current periodicals and newspapers, and contains both full-text and full-page images. CultureGrams Contains four products: World Edition, Kids' Edition, Provinces Edition and States Edition.  All products are updated annually and now include video and slide shows. World Edition – A reference for concise, reliable, up-to-date information in 25 cultural categories on 204 countries including a glossary and data tables. Each report is written by a native or long-term resident of the country in coordination with a CultureGrams editor and includes printable files, recipes, short biographies of famous people, photo gallery, printable maps and flags, sound files, and currency and time converters. Kids' Edition, States Edition, and Provinces Edition – Contain engaging cultural, geographical, and historical information as well as printable U.S., state, and country detail and outline maps. The Kids' Edition presently has 82 countries represented, with more being added each year. Countries are chosen for 1) being among those most used by teachers and students, and 2) representing all regions of the world.
